Job Overview
This Administrative position requires an employee who will build relationships with Body Corporate and Homeowners Association scheme executives in order to meet the requirements of legislation, Governance documentation, and rules relating to schemes.
The employee will be involved with all aspects of the accounting for schemes, liaising with their executives, attorneys, auditors, service providers, insurers, and other role players.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of grade 12 education
- Excellent command of English as a spoken and written language
- Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience is essential
