Lodge Manager .
5* Game Lodge Greater Kruger National Park.
The main role is to maintain lodge facilities and provide a level of hospitality that meets the company's standards and exceeds guest expectations.
The successful candidate will enjoy this exciting and challenging position, and will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the lodge complex, both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH).
To provide leadership to staff and ensure the upliftment of skills.
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Ensuring the service standard is consistent.
- Ensuring guest accommodation is ready prior to arrival.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and protocols.
- Ensuring smooth and welcoming check-in.
- Hosting of guests.
- Ensuring quality is maintained in every aspect of the lodge.
- Variety of correlating administration duties.
- Managing staff, controlling inventory of supplies and stock, and upholding maintenance of the camp.
- Relieving the general manager on off days.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver’s license & PDP.
- First Aid (preferable).
- Must have previous work experience as a lodge or camp manager.
Live in, R20,000 (or in line with experience), basic accommodation, meals whilst on duty, start date: ASAP.
