Permanent Senior Management position in retail butchery chain.
The following criteria must be met by candidates applying for the above position:
- Minimum of 10 years Butchery experience.
- Minimum of 5 year Butchery Management experience
- Successfully managed a team of 10-15 people.
- Must be able to work as a team and also independently
- Be able to achieve sales and gross profits.
- Be able to achieve high standards in hygiene, cutting, packing, merchandising and customer service
- Be able to develop and grow sales while controlling expenses.
- Have basic computer skills excel, word, internet.
- Have contactable references.
- Must have a valid drivers licence.
