You will lead initiatives aimed at expanding sales reach, enhancing customer relationships, and maintaining brand integrity. Position Overview:
You will have full responsibility for driving business growth across sales markets and channels in Africa, establishing strategic partnerships with stakeholders, retail teams, e-commerce platforms, and distributors to elevate the brand’s presence, drive revenue, and uphold luxury standards. This position requires in-depth knowledge of the African market, emerging brands, sales penetration, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in territory sales with a successful track record;
- Proven track record in understanding African markets, consumer behaviour, and cultural dynamics;
- Fluent in English - French proficiency an advantage;
- Strong business acumen, strategic focus, and financial management ability;
- Results-driven, proven leader with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a diverse sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Management to drive business growth across African sales markets and channels;
- Establish strategic partnerships with stakeholders, retail teams, e-commerce platforms, and distributors;
- Lead initiatives to expand sales reach, enhance customer relationships, and maintain brand integrity;
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the brand's position in the African market;
- Utilise in-depth knowledge of the African market to identify growth opportunities and sales penetration;
- Oversee execution of sales and marketing plans to achieve targets and objectives;
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform decision-making;
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners;
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales channels, making adjustments as needed;
- Uphold luxury standards in brand representation and customer interactions.
