One of the largest document solutions and printing giants is looking for a “Rain Maker”.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Comes from a document solutions or printing background
- Has 10 years of sales and BD experience
- Identifying the correct contact people in the organization responsible for the procurement of Production Printing Solutions range of products
- Scheduling regular appointments with the correct clients (new and potential)
- Work with and involve Administration, Directors, Management, Technical, Pre-Sales, Consultants and/or Project Managers at the correct time within the sales cycle to ensure customer expectations and subsequent satisfaction levels are correctly managed
- Building personal business relationships with the customers
- Entertaining customers on a managed and professional basis
- Supplying a service to the customer at all times
- Introducing new products and solutions to the customers on an ongoing basis
- Informing customers of the latest changes in technology
- Giving customers the correct advice
- Identifying the customers’ needs
- Recommending equipment to satisfy the customers’ needs
- Immediately addressing any problems the customer may be experiencing
- Following up and resolving customer queries quickly and efficiently
- Identifying and developing any new potential Production Printing customers
