About the Role: We are currently seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Management. The ideal candidate will hold an Honours degree in Business Management and will have a passion for teaching and developing future leaders in the field of management.
Requirements:
• Honours degree in Business Management or a related field – Hons level essential.
• Previous teaching experience in higher education institutions or professional training settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in various management disciplines, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of current research and best practices in management education.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars in various management topics.
• Develop and update course materials to ensure alignment with current industry practices and theoretical frameworks.
• Engage students through interactive teaching methods, case studies, and practical exercises to enhance their understanding and application of management concepts.
• Provide academic guidance and support to students, including mentoring and advising on academic and career-related matters.
• Assess student learning outcomes through assignments, exams, and other evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and developments in the field of management and integrate relevant insights into teaching and research activities.
