A Multinational company within the education field is looking for a Finance Manager who has strong experience within the education field that can join their team immediately.
Duties & Responsibilities

- CA(SA) with 2 years post
- Advanced Excel
- Sage Evolution
- VIP Payroll
Job Description:
- Financial Planning & Forecasting:
- Responsible for feasibility studies for new campuses and offerings and drafting feasibility motivations.
- Reviews and advises on campus profitability.
- Reviews and proposes fee structure in line with the company's strategy.
- Undertake Due Diligence as required for new brand acquisitions.
- Budget Management:
- Compile the annual budgets and update as required.
- Monitor and track performance against budget and liaise with Deans and budget managers in this regard.
- Manage variances in actual vs. budget expenditure in all areas of accountability.
- Manage the collections team regarding revenue collection and outstanding payments.
- Manage Capex in line with budgets and profitability ensuring accurate completion and proper authorization.
- Implement an appropriate financial reporting and cash flow management plan to support the achievement of the company’s strategy.
- Collate and analyze financial performance information.
- Ensure reports are produced accurately and disseminated timeously monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Manage BEEE reporting.
