Duties & Responsibilities
You will be part of a dynamic team of digital marketers, designers, copywriters, SEO specialists, and technical support. Together we are responsible for creating and managing the websites for automotive dealers across Africa.
In your role as Digital Marketer, you will work closely with customers to advise and assist them with their online presence and digital marketing strategy. Your daily work includes building websites, running social media and Google campaigns, and launching marketing campaigns.
Skills
- Matric diploma. Additional diplomas/degrees in marketing/business/design is an advantage.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, PPC, copywriting, and design.
- Interest in web design, knowledge of HTML & CSS is an advantage.
- Familiar with SEO and Google Analytics.
- Affiliation with the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Able to create and maintain client relationships.
- Fluent in English.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, reliable with ‘attention to detail’ and ‘get things done’ attitude.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage digital customer relations and proactively assist customers by understanding their needs to improve their online presence and performance.
- Manage and optimise the company's website, ensuring it is up to date, has relevant content, and is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines (SEO) to drive organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Assist with launching new websites, predictive marketing campaigns, and daily support requests.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads/sales.
- Create compelling and engaging content for customers and internal uses including website copy, blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and promotional materials like product catalogues.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.
- Analyze campaign and website performance metrics and implement data-driven insights to optimise campaign effectiveness, website performance, user experience, and ROI.
- Provide monthly reports and insights to customers to evaluate marketing effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audience segments, industry trends, and effective marketing approaches for customers.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and tools, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the company's digital presence.
