Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors
Sales:
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Prepare and present sales proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Market Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Provide market insights and feedback to the sales team
Requirements:
Proven track record in commercial sales, preferably in the building materials or tile industry
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
