What you will bring:
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage and coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize time management.
- Communication Management: Handle communications, serving as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Office Administration: Oversee office administration tasks to ensure efficient operation, including document management and office organization.
- Report Preparation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence with a keen attention to detail.
- Event Planning Support: Assist with event planning, client liaison, and project management as needed.
- Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
Minimum requirements:
- Educational Background: Tertiary education in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in administration programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with office management systems is a plus.
