As a Senior People Partner at M-KOPA, you will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to executive and senior leaders in our South African market.

This is a on-site role with some hybrid working , you would be working from our offices in Johannesburg, South Africa partnering with a diverse group of employees from our different markets and locations across the UK, Europe, and Africa. You will be reporting to the Director of People - Markets.
Expertise
We expect you to be a strategic thinker and a proactive leader, comfortable working closely with senior executives to align business objectives with effective people strategies. Your experience should include developing and implementing talent management initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
You should have a proven track record in organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management, leveraging data-driven insights to drive decision-making and shape our people agenda. Your ability to coach and mentor fellow People Partners is crucial, as is your skill in navigating employee relations and managing labor partnerships in a diverse and inclusive workplace.
