This position will lead, direct and grow the business of Digital Energy in the assigned countries (cluster) to achieve its short- and long-term organizational goals and objectives. The incumbent will be responsible and accountable for Industry business growth, revenue and managing its P&L within the cluster. The incumbent will be responsible for driving business reviews and marketing plan for assigned countries, ensuring deployment of Industry playbook - position SE thought leadership, grow the market share with a focus on Building segments and transform the Digital Energy business by developing Unique Value Proposition. The position holder is a key member of the cluster management team and works in strong collaboration with cross BU colleagues to build a cluster / zone strategy, drive channel saturation in and out of Digital Energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Direction: Adapt Digital Energy Commercial (global) strategy to local environment to establish a sustainable business plan that outlines the strategic intent of its market growth over the coming years.
- Lead and manage the business/people transformation to achieve the long term vision of the company.
- Provide direction to the respective cluster teams to ensure that the entire country team is aligned to the corporate direction.
- Responsible for deployment of Digital Energy playbook - A single ecosystem management addressing IADs SIs, OEMs and EUs.
- Grow our market share with a focus on Building segments.
- Business Growth & Performance: Drive Digital Energy P&L in the cluster (orders, sales, mix management, margin, SFC and commercial margin) for all lines of business and market segments ahead of Industry's competitive business landscape.
- Responsible for ensuring strong growth, ensuring the right end users, system integrators, partners and programs are in place to grow revenue and market share and the Schneider Electric brand awareness.
- Drive and grow the BFO pipeline and maximize hit rate of projects.
- Lead cross selling efforts fully leveraging V1/V2 model.
- Lead monthly business reviews in country and drive efficiency improvement.
- Participate in Marcom planning meeting in coordination with relevant field marketing leaders.
- Provide sales and SFC forecasts by line of business, market segments and go-to-market.
- Ensure the right offer exists in the market and provide frequent feedback to the LOBs to improve our offer.
- Ensure that new products are launched in the correct manner with the right program management and execution locally behind each launch.
- Strong knowledge of competitor activity in the market with the right strategies and actions to win.
- Customers Relationship: Drive thought leadership and strategic positioning of the company to existing and new customers/partners.
- Develop and maintain customers/partners’ contact at the CXO level.
- Continuously enhance customer satisfaction and experience by progressively improving quality and delivery of services.
- People: Build and develop a cohesive and high performance team.
- Strong focus on building right competencies within the cluster both for today and future needs.
- Create a conducive work environment by role modelling the SE values and drive a highly engaged and performing work culture.
- Strengthen the leadership succession pipeline at all levels through strong talent identification and development programs.
