Key Responsibilities: - Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment, including and other machinery to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance processes.
- Assist in the commissioning and decommissioning of equipment as required.
Education experience, Key knowledge and skills - High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an associate qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years tool room experience, or similar role
- TIG welding experience would be a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
