Introduction
As a BPM Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing business process management solutions using industry-leading BPM tools and technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect BPM solutions, and deliver high-quality software solutions that optimize business processes and enhance overall productivity.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement business process management (BPM) solutions using BPM tools such as IBM BPM.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and define BPM solution requirements.
- Develop custom BPM workflows, forms, and user interfaces using Java EE technologies such as Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB), JavaServer Faces (JSF), and JavaServer Pages (JSP).
- Integrate BPM solutions with external systems and applications using web services, REST APIs, and messaging technologies.
- Design and implement complex business rules and decision logic using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and DMN (Decision Model and Notation).
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of BPM solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Proven expertise in designing and developing BPM solutions using BPM tools such as Camunda, Activiti, or IBM BPM.
- Strong proficiency in Java EE technologies including Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB), JavaServer Faces (JSF), JavaServer Pages (JSP), and Servlets.
- Solid understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and DMN (Decision Model and Notation) standards.
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
