Duties & Responsibilities
- Batchelor's Degree in Law OR Related Field
- Must be Fluent in AFRIKAANS & ENGLISH
- Proven experience as a Legal & Compliance Officer in the FREIGHT FORWARDING & LOGISTICS Industry
- In-depth knowledge of South African & International Laws & Regulations relevant to FREIGHT FORWARDING & LOGISTICS
- Familiarity with Customs Regulations, Transportation Laws & Industry Standards
- Customs & Import/Export Compliance
- Assist with Maintaining ISO 9001 Certification of the Company
- Clear Criminal & Credit record - will be verified
