Job Responsibilities
Create and maintain strategic partnerships with business needs and technology delivery.
Develop business requirements and rules based on business needs.
Work closely with IT in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of functional requirements.
Identify requirements via data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition analysis.
Solicit requirements through interviews, workshops, existing systems documentation or procedures.
Understand business issues and data challenges.
Prepare, review, and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendation solutions.
Functional and system design specifications.
Good understanding of databases, MSSQL, and SDLC.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Degree / Diploma: IT or equivalent.
4+ years BA experience.
2+ years MSSQL experience.
Developer / Database Administrator experience (advantageous).
Able to work to strict deadlines and under pressure.
Knowledge of IT practices related to business application development and implementation.
Process-driven analysis skills.
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
General Information
Office-based, 08:00 – 16:30, willing to travel to client sites when required.
