Technical Specialist - ECM (Enterprise Content Management)
Job Overview
Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking
This role requires providing Enterprise Content Management (ECM) technical guidance and developing solutions to business requirements. The individual needs to have ECM domain experience and be able to consult business units requiring ECM capabilities to be enabled. Responsibilities include applying computer science theories and principles to create and refactor moderate to complex scripts, providing integration software support services, designing complex technical specifications, configuring, testing, and providing support and maintenance of systems and programs. The specialist will execute software technical responsibilities according to engineering practices, standards, frameworks, roadmaps, and application standards, and participate in reviews of colleagues' work.

Minimum Qualifications
- First Degree in Information Technology
- Agile Software methodologies and associated practices such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Infrastructure as Code, Evolutionary Architecture, Domain-specific certification, etc.
- ECM FileNet certifications
Experience Required
Software Engineering
- 5-7 years broad experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and configuring, upgrading, and supporting ECM Platforms.
- 8-10 years proven experience in modern engineering practices (i.e., DevOps, Agile), with demonstrated specialization in at least one area. Experience within the required scope of expertise.
- The individual must have ECM domain experience with a proven background in ECM Projects in the following disciplines: Installation, Support, Configuration, Upgrading, and Maintenance.
- Knowledge of FileNet P8 Content Engine, IBM Content Navigator, and IBM CMIS.
- Experience with IBM CloudPak for Business Automation will be advantageous.
- Deep knowledge of IBM WebSphere, IBM AIX, and Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with databases (Oracle and PostgreSQL), including developing queries in SQL.
- Understanding of containerization, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Understanding of Active Directory and implementing security models suited for ECM.
