International Recruitment and Employer of Record Specialist
International Recruitment and Employer of Record specialists seek a seasoned recruiter to do business development for their EOR service, providing South African employees to the US, UK, and Australia.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Hunt for clients in the UK and market our EOR service to them.
- Recruit South African employees for international clients.
Desired Experience & Qualification
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience.
- Good acumen for business and business processes.
- Experience with CRMs and ATSs.
- A solid understanding of South African legislation and contracts.
- Capability to manage and train less experienced Recruiters and EOR specialists.
This role involves sales and client management. A successful candidate will be a strong biller and a capable team manager. Training and assistance will be provided in the first 3 months. Candidates must demonstrate a successful recruitment background and should not have a history of job hopping.
Package & Remuneration
Basic: R15,000 pm Gross
In addition:
- R1,000 connectivity allowance.
- 10% commission on international permanent placements.
- 10% of the billed EOR fee.
- 10% commission on local permanent placements.
- 10% commission of contract value on local contractors.
- Tools of the trade and an inverter.
