A Leading Pharmaceutical Company has a vacancy for a Brand Manager role within Oncology.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies, tactical plans and marketing communications in accordance with business strategies in commercial, channel, and portfolio area.
- Lead, prepare and implement innovative and measurable marketing campaigns and initiatives in line with marketing plans, and track performance and recommend necessary changes to optimize performance of the marketing function.
- Communicate, collaborate, coordinate and seek approval on marketing activities with top management.
- Oversee new product introduction and provide comprehensive launch plans and execute within budget.
- Cost-effective management and tracking of the marketing budget.
- Oversee the development and provision of all marketing material.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative market data and business intelligence to develop marketing plans, campaigns, and tactical initiatives.
- Assist with portfolio gap analysis, forecasting, and business development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and codes of conduct.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and service with external and internal customers, enhancing the company image through consistent communication.
- Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs where appropriate.
- Provide proactive support to the sales team, including articulation of campaign and tactical plans, effective use of marketing material, and field travel.
- Manage consultants and marketing and promotion agencies.
- Provide top management with relevant input in business reviews and annual planning sessions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Marketing.
- 5 plus years of experience in marketing, preferably within the generic pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience within Oncology.
- Knowledge of applicable marketing codes & compliance.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
