Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into our technical roadmap.
- Champion best practices in software development, UI design, and agile delivery methodologies.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 7+ years of proven experience in technical domain specialization.
- Hands-on development experience with a strong understanding of banking systems.
- Exposure to agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe.
- Proficiency in UI development, including Angular, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with SOA/API, including SOAP and Rest.
- Familiarity with DevOps toolsets for software releases.
- Knowledge of JWT (Java Web Tokens), SSLs, and Swagger for service development.
- Proficient in Lotus Notes/Domino client and web development.
- Experience with AEM workflow management is a plus.
