Duties & Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Lead and motivate: Build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Strategize for success: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Cultivate relationships: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Negotiate and close deals: Secure profitable sales agreements through skilled negotiation and a customer-centric approach.
- Analyze and optimize: Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions.

What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar automotive sales management role (advantageous).
- Valid Code 8 driver's license.
- Matric or higher qualification.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in planning and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to excellence.
