Responsibilities:
- Carry out business development and sales target achievement tasks based on the company's strategic goals. Complete the sales indicators assigned by the company and the region, and handle the entire process from customer and project development, maintenance, tracking to the final contract signing, delivery, and collection.
- According to the regional layout, product strategy, and sales tasks of the Africa region, formulate the sales goals and strategies of this region. Establish effective sales strategies and methods, manage the goals and strategies of team members, and supervise their implementation.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners of the company to accomplish all kinds of communication, coordination, preparation, and the establishment of necessary resources for sales.
- Participate in the management and operation of various offices and branches in the region, and engage in the organizational construction of this department, including revising and improving department functions, optimizing job positions and responsibilities.
- Draft the staffing, establish and enhance work standards and operating norms, conduct team building of this department, including personnel recruitment, salary determination, assessment, training, echelon construction and optimization, and organizational atmosphere creation.
Minimum Requirements:
- In good health, capable of withstanding high working pressure, with more than 8 years of working experience (experience in the photovoltaic industry is preferred), and permanent working experience in the Middle East or Africa is preferred.
- Possess good language and communication skills.
- Have excellent sales performance and proven sales ability.
- Have outstanding public speaking and presentation skills.
- Have excellent cross-departmental cooperation and coordination ability.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility at work, good professional ethics, a rigorous work style, and high dedication, and strictly keep company secrets.
- Be positive, have a strong learning ability, an innovative spirit, and be able to lead the team to learn new knowledge, new business, and enter new fields.
