Project Coordinator
Purpose of Job:
- To develop project management documents such as budgets, project schedules, scope statements, and project plans. Organise and manage various parts of a project to ensure its success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
- Load job cards and allocate hours for assembly job cards.
- Monitor the daily progress of projects.
- Communicate project requirements to stakeholders.
- Drive project deadlines and deliverables according to specified timelines.
- Ensure document control and records management.
- Perform other tasks, as requested by the line manager, in line with the role.
The Following Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, and Experience will be required:
- Project Management Qualification.
- 3 years of proven work experience in projects.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Strong data analytics skills.
- Reporting skills.
Personal Attributes:
- Troubleshooting expertise and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
- Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong business acumen.
