Overview:
TOTALCARE People International is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Digital Resourcer, social media and Marketing Specialist with a strong interest in the recruitment sector.
You will be seconded to our client, a reputable and fast-growing brand within a market-leading group. This role presents significant opportunities for growth and expansion within the group’s digital marketing team. As part of this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our client's digital presence, promoting top job opportunities, generating leads, and building their client and candidate portfolios.
This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, visually creative, and has a strong understanding of social listening. You will be expected to take initiative in content creation, while also building relationships with UK managers and understanding the unique aspects of each division and the roles we are advertising. Flexible working hours are offered to accommodate the need for timely and strategic content posting.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Listening & Media Management:
- Monitor and engage with online communities, identifying key trends, conversations, and opportunities to promote our client across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute social media strategies that resonate with our client’s target audience, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Stay on top of industry news and competitor activity, using insights to inform and adapt social media strategies.
Content Creation & Proactive Marketing:
- Create visually engaging content that aligns with our client’s brand standards, always ensuring high-quality and professional output.
- Develop content ideas and campaigns proactively, and tailor messaging to different platforms and audiences.
- Manage the timing and frequency of posts to maximise engagement and reach, supported by flexible working hours to accommodate peak posting times.
Client Engagement & Lead Generation:
- Proactively generate leads and expand our client’s portfolio by identifying and engaging with potential business contacts.
- Promote hot candidates to prospective employers, capturing the attention of decision-makers in the industry.
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of leads and contacts, ensuring accurate data entry and regular follow-up.
Relationship Building:
- Develop strong relationships with UK managers and understand the specific needs and goals of each division within our client’s company.
- Collaborate closely with these teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with their objectives and effectively promote their services.
Data Management & Analysis:
- Analyse social media data to track performance, identify trends, and optimise future campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, such as lead generation, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry and data capture activities.
Brand Awareness & Professionalism:
- Uphold and promote the client brand through consistent messaging and professional interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market sectors relevant to our client’s business, incorporating this knowledge into marketing strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Social Media Expertise: Proven experience in managing social media platforms, with a focus on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn Recruiter is advantageous.
- Social Listening: Strong ability to monitor and analyse online conversations, trends, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
- Content Creation & Visual Creativity : Proficient in creating engaging and visually appealing content that maintains brand standards.
- Marketing Automation : Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Proactive Approach: Ability to take initiative in content creation and lead generation, with minimal need for direction.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with UK managers and understand the needs of different divisions.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in analysing marketing data, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- UK Experience: Previous experience working in or with UK-based companies is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and responsive approach.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and optimise content posting times.
- Qualification: Relative Tertiary Degree or Diploma
