Requirements: Manage the administration priorities of 3rd party depots, ensuring an efficient and effective delivery of good customer service in those regions Support the greater national logistics infrastructure, alleviating pressures at national depots as required, with a day to day focus on JHB support Manage the expired and at risk stock Execute all third party depot management Manage and implement SLA for 3rd party depots Assist with batch code allocations in JHB and national depots when required Manage scorecards of 3rd party depots Issue daily reports as required e.g. delivery effectiveness Manage the cash sales reconciliations and document submissions Manage SCT processing/inputs and truck utilization Manage the expired or soon to be expired stock in all regions Manage and co-ordinate the logistics Tempo and Complaints 2 information and feedback nationally Monitor and collate early warning quality issues Maintain the work procedures on Tempo Support administrative functions in all depots nationally Support the National Logistics Managers in the implementation of best practices nationally Min Grade 12 certificate, a relevant Degree or studying towards a relevant Degree Minimum 2-3 years work experience preferable Fluent in English
