My client is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Administrator to join their finance team. This role is based in Sandton, Johannesburg North. Key Responsibilities: Processing invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and efficiently Managing accounts payable and receivable Reconciling bank statements and ensuring timely follow-up on discrepancies Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the preparation of monthly reports Assisting with VAT returns and other financial statements Supporting the finance team with administrative tasks as needed Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve any finance-related queries Requirements: Completed Matric.
