Requirements:
- Engineering degree or similar
- Sound knowledge of electrical and mechanical
- 5 - 10 years experience in similar role in an international environment
- Fluency in English and local language would be added plus
- Solid understanding of both mechanical and electrical; costing, PCOs etc
Responsibilities
- Negotiation with suppliers for high value items and technical aspects of raw materials
- Stores and buying including spares for factory
- EHS/SHEQ management (ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001)
- Maintaining lagging and leading indicators
- Safety talks
- Production planning and operation
- Maintenance - plan maintenance schedule, assist with problem solving on main production lines
- Managing stock optimization
- Quality management
- Related production management skills and experience
- Drive continuous improvement throughout the Group
- Projects management
- Manage unskilled and skilled workforce
- Excellent communication skills
- TQM
