One of our international travel and tourism (hospitality) clients are looking for a dedicated and driven Contact Centre Team Leader in Johannesburg to run the USA contact centre team.
Qualifications and experience:
Matric
Travel / tourism diploma
No less than 5 years' experience working in a contact centre, no less than 2 years' work experience as a TL
Success rate of leading a team to high performance achievements
Clear criminal record
Must be open to working various shift - US Hours
