Responsibilities:
1. Perform diagnostic assessments, repairs, and maintenance on a all makes and models of vehicles.
2. Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults accurately and efficiently.
3. Carry out repairs in accordance with Bosch guidelines and specifications, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
4. Utilize diagnostic tools, equipment, and software to identify and rectify faults effectively.
5. Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor time for billing purposes.
6. Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workshop environment.
8. Stay updated with the latest technical information and advancements in Bosch products and technologies.
9. Assist in maintaining workshop inventory levels and ordering parts as required.
10. Collaborate with colleagues and provide technical support as needed.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Formal technical training and certification as a qualified Workshop Technician.
3. Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing power tools and equipment, with a strong emphasis on Bosch products.
4. Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
5. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and software for troubleshooting.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
7. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
8. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
