Key Responsibilities:
Handle operational and administrative processes proactively.
Provide full personal assistant support, including correspondence, drafting letters, minute-taking, and other administrative tasks.
Track and manage tasks that need attention.
Identify and address office needs and issues.
Manage senior management’s calendars and schedules.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all tasks.
Perform any other duties as directed by the organization.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ work experience; similar role experience is beneficial.
Highly organized, analytical, with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
