Accountable for achieving Branch objectives Development and implementation of Branch Strategy in order to achieve ROAM. Setting of and adherence to regional budgets, sales, forecasts and fixed costs Monitoring and evaluating targets and initiating corrective action plans where necessary. Create and maintain effective customer relationships. Generate and follow up on sales leads. Maintain high profile in industry related organisations. Provide customer support where necessary. Plan and ensure cost efficient resourcing for branch. Lead and motivate the branch team for maximum performance. Prepare and deliver effective motivational team meetings. Manage employee development through training and performance management. Environmental Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all OHS regulations. Working knowledge of process safety management. Implements and maintains LSS. Adherence to the ISO9001 policies and procedures Qualifications: Relevant Business Degree Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
