STORE MANAGER - CANAL WALK
Our client is actively seeking an energetic and enterprising Store Manager to become a valuable addition to their team. Your main responsibilities will be to guide and oversee the store's day-to-day activities, aiming to surpass store targets, foster innovative initiatives, and elevate customer service standards to meet and exceed overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead store team development by identifying training and coaching needs, emphasizing talent management and succession planning.
- Recruit, administer, and manage performance in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Implement customer experience processes to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, encompassing business instruction letters, markdowns, repricing, promotions, visual standards, customer feedback, and general housekeeping.
- Enforce overall compliance by conducting thorough compliance checks through defined processes.
- Explore and propose new opportunities to boost sales and enhance brand awareness.
- Provide feedback on in-store product performance to the support centre, contributing to sales improvement.
- Collaborate with management on operational action plans, sales performance increase, and store expenditure monitoring based on sales and profitability reports.
- Authorize write-offs, breakages, recalls, and returns, ensuring effective stock management.
- Maintain the stockroom's overall upkeep to meet housekeeping standards.
- Manage stock levels through defined processes to mitigate risks and ensure adequate stock on hand.
- Accurately receive, unpack, merchandise, and replenish the sales floor to drive sales objectives.
- Lead and drive the store team to achieve store KPIs and operational strategy, aligning with company values.
ONLY Candidates with a Minimum of 3 Years Experience in a Store Management role and a Clear Credit and Criminal Record will be considered.
