Job Description: Responsible for implementing, driving, and maintaining the FSMS & QMS on the standards prescribed.
Lead food safety audits from external & internal parties for compliance purposes.
Keep up to date with customer specifications and all legislative requirements for the facility.
Handle internal and external non-conformances.
Lead and train the quality team for the business unit.
Drive and meet the compliance levels set for the business.
Support systematic performance in the department.
Team player with the ability to lead and interact with internal/external customers.
Qualifications: Minimum diploma in Food Technology/Biotechnology or equivalent qualification through an accredited institution.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role working with fresh produce.
HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, BRCGS training is essential.
