Duties & Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity is available in Paarl for a Project Manager.
Duties:
- Assistant to the Operations Manager and Company Director, including managing diaries, emails, and ad hoc tasks.
- Managing the maintenance team, including creating, assigning, and updating job cards to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Managing vehicle maintenance, including services and repairs of vehicles and renewing licenses.
- Ensuring that all fire equipment is up to date.
- Sourcing, comparing prices, and arranging logistics for products, parts, PPE, etc.
- Assisting with social media platforms, website, campaigns, competitions, and adverts.
- Administrative duties including meeting minutes, filing, and setting up Zoom meetings.
- Liaison with tenants and municipalities, obtaining comparative quotations.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a personal assistant.
- Ability to work under pressure.
