Purpose of the Role
Provide technical services, including development of technical outputs, inspections, and management of contractors for clients on an EPCM basis. The role involves office-based work with regular site visits during procurement, installation, and commissioning stages. Additionally, support the Business Development Department with technical expertise.

- Compilation and review of enquiry packages
- EPCM Project Delivery
- Manage project sub-packages within budget, time, and quality constraints
- Oversee site installation and construction
- Control package scope and manage changes
- Departmental and Company Processes
- Ensure compliance with client and company processes
- Interface with various functional areas (Design, Procurement, Legal, Finance, SHEQ)
- Utilize ERP and project management software systems
Qualifications
- Minimum: National Diploma in Engineering
- Preferred: Qualified Engineer Technologist or Technician
- Registration with ECSA or recognized international body
- Project management courses based on PMBOK principles
Experience
- Minimum 10 years' experience in the Oil & Gas sector, including:
- 5+ years as Project Coordinator or related role
- 3+ years in Design Engineering in the Oil & Gas Industry
- Practical site construction experience (advantageous)
