As our Quality Engineering Technician, you’ll be the linchpin ensuring our processes align with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards. You'll dive deep into process analyses, meticulously identifying and rectifying any deviations to ensure our operations soar beyond defined limits.
Key Responsibilities
- Safeguard compliance by fortifying our QMS through meticulous daily verifications.
- Uphold calibration, process capability, and MSA system requirements to meet and exceed industry standards.
- Forge robust collaborations with production, maintenance, and engineering to fortify our quality systems.
- Lead the charge in conducting audits and spearheading corrective actions to keep our standards sky-high.
- Be the detective behind product anomalies, initiating root cause analyses and implementing robust countermeasures.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric or Higher Tertiary Qualification.
- Seasoned technical experience and a knack for problem-solving.
- Mastery of precision measurement tools and software for data analysis.
- 5 years thriving in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Deep-seated knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949 and OEM Quality System requisites.
- Certified Internal Auditor - a testament to your auditing prowess.
- Technical problem-solving: PDCA, RC/CM, DMAIC, and more.
- Expertise in measurement system qualification, capability studies, and basic statistics.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, including GD &T symbols.
- Stellar communication prowess coupled with a flair for data visualization.
