We are looking for a Lead IT Support Specialist with a National Diploma or ITIL Practitioner Level certification, combined with Microsoft Certified Engineer and Cisco Certified Network Associate credentials. With 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for implementing ITIL processes, managing complex network infrastructures, and leading IT projects to success. Your expertise will be key in ensuring high-quality IT service delivery and effective problem resolution.
Duties and responsibilities :
- Implement and manage ITIL processes for effective problem management, ensuring the seamless operation of IT services.
- Administer and optimize network infrastructure, utilizing Cisco networking skills to maintain high performance and reliability.
- Apply project management principles to oversee and execute IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements
Qualifications :
