Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Proficiency in SAP and other procurement software
- 5 to 10 years of experience in procurement within a mining environment
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
