As the Branch Manager, you'll be at the helm of our store, leading a team of dedicated professionals to success. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from overseeing daily operations to ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of 15+ staff towards maximum performance.
- Drive branch turnover through strategic planning and execution.
- Manage daily operations, including sales, inventory control, and staff management.
- Analyze sales data to forecast trends and make informed decisions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain the store's reputation for excellence.
- Implement in-store promotional events and displays to drive sales.
- Manage periodic stock counts and minimize losses and damages.
- Oversee financial administration and budget management.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- National Diploma/Tertiary Qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in a retail management or managerial role.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Suite and Retail Management Systems.
- Strong leadership skills and a collaborative team player, with a track record of success.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
