Job Description The Fingerprintzone is looking for an enthusiastic biometric officer who enjoys team work, are very punctual and organised to:
• Capture fingerprints of candidates that are booked via MIE fingerprint zone.
• Submit Checks for verifications on MIE portal (checks done include credit check, qualification
• Check, ID verification, criminal checks etc using smart screen.
• Liaise with our suppliers to verify candidates checks including verifications done outside SA.
• Submit checks via platform called XDS for our clients that do insurance claims.
• Submit checks via Umalusi and dealing directly with Umalusi for matric verifications for all our clients
• Conduct reference checks for candidates
• Type provisional and final reports on candidates checks results then sending the reports to clients.
• Liaise with MIE on candidates booked at our branch to come capture fingerprints.
• Adhoc administration work assigned by the Operations Manager
Requirements
• Minimum of Matric (Grade 12)
• Fluent in both Zulu and English (spoken and written)
• Computer literate (proficient in basic software and systems)
• Eager to learn and improve skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and team-oriented mindset
