Perform activities associated with inspecting the cleanliness and condition, reporting
deviations/urgent requirements for attention, inspecting and responding to user queries/ complaints
and/or incidents, checking contractor activity and attending to the provision of general support in
respect of transportation requirements in order to ensure an acceptable standard of service is
made available contributing to customer satisfaction.
