We are looking for a strong and ambitious Business Strategy Consultant to join our Strategy team within Decision Inc.

What Will You Do?
- Build go-to-market strategies for internally developed solutions and products.
- Work alongside the CEO and Strategy Team to ensure the delivery of strategic consulting initiatives.
- Lead the implementation of digital transformation strategies that enable data driven decision making for clients.
- Contribute and lead the Technical Solutions and Innovation (TSI) Team to research latest technologies and trends.
- Learn about client's business challenges in order to understand their business needs and strategy.
- Define client problems concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution.
- Develop and present proposed solution to client.
- Assist with business development activities such as scoping, proposals, and presentations and client workshops.
- Develop key divisional client relationships and grow Decision Inc.s Strategy presence in assigned client base.
- Work with leadership to deliver against divisional commercial goals.
- Work with the delivery team to ensure excellent in-client performance.
Who Do You Need to Be?
- Minimum 6 years experience in a management consulting and/or sales role
- Experience within technology consulting service environment
- Relevant Finance or Business Qualification
- Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to identify client challenges and create opportunities for improvement and client value.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to business users in a language they understand, and business requirements to technical delivery team.
- Ability to successfully manage and foster strong relationships with team and clients.
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Passionate and ambitious to deliver on the companys strategic plan.
