Logistics and Administrative Coordinator
My client is looking for a brand-new Logistics and Administrative Coordinator to join their team.

- Tertiary qualification in this industry?
- Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities?
- Excellent communication skills? (telephonically, written and in-person)
- Excellent ability to pay attention to detail?
- Precision and accuracy when completing your work?
- Team working spirit as well as the ability to work on your own?
Responsibilities
- Order Prepping, Booking, and Invoicing
- Prepping and sending out orders with third party
- Assisting with claims
- Checking and comparing logistics and warehouse billing
- Admin tasks as assigned
- Tracking, tracing, and following up on deliveries/PODs on a daily/weekly basis for all customers
- Assisting with delivery queries
- Providing feedback and swift responses to emails
- Ensuring logistics reports are accurate
- Collecting required paperwork and information for processing
- Liaising with suppliers as required
- Working on special projects as a key member of both planning and execution teams
- Ensuring collections are made and delivered on time in line with SOP
- Administering general filing and electronic filing
- Assisting other sections within supply as needed
The position is based in DONKERHOEK, Pretoria. This is in the East of Pretoria close to Mamelodi.
