A reputable mall-setting beauty salon seeks a qualified Hospitality & Front Desk Manager with the following essential requirements:
- Related beauty or hotel hospitality qualification
- Must have a minimum of 3 years front of house experience in either 5* hotels or luxury spa retreat
- Seeking mature person with good managerial experience as well as strong staff relations
- Good knowledge & understanding of high customer service and strong customer service principles & practices
- Excellent people skills and dedication to assisting people while showcasing a firm and pleasant manner
- Excellent time management & punctuality
- Must be EXTREMELY detail oriented with good administrative, organizational, and follow-up skills
- High level of computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)
- Present a neat, clean, and professional appearance always
- Will be required to work early morning and late evening as well as weekend shifts. Retail hours plus extra hours over festive season months
- International experience is an advantage
- FEMALE with own transport essential
