JD Specialized Recruitment are partnering with an upmarket Hotel in Sandton to recruit a highly experienced and dynamic FRONT OFFICE MANAGER to join their Team
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent from a reputable Hotel School would be highly beneficial.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Front Office Manager at a large full-service hotel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in hotel management software, preferably experienced with Opera & Micros.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
- Knowledge of front desk procedures, reservations, and financial transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Dynamic, creative and innovative
- Excellent track record with contactable references
Start Date: ASAP
