An Information Technology Support Engineer provides technical assistance and troubleshooting for IT systems and infrastructure. They resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves maintaining and supporting internal systems, assisting users with technical problems, and ensuring timely resolution of IT-related challenges.
Purpose of the Job
To provide the Daly Group with 2nd Level Desktop, Network, and Server Support services.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Matric
- Relevant Industry certification (Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba)
- 5 years’ experience in a Mid to senior-level IT Support Role
Job Responsibilities
- Network, Firewall Configuration, and Support
- Microsoft Azure Administration
- SharePoint Online Administration
- Strong Windows and Server Administration
- Experience in Aruba Switch and Router Administration
- Experience in network and endpoint security technology

Salary; Incentives & Commissions
- Negotiable based on Experience
Working Hours
- Mon-Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM
- Required to work rotational Saturday shifts, standby, and overtime.
