Your opportunity:
Reporting to the Director, Recruitment and Admissions, the Student Recruitment Communications Specialist is responsible for a range of recruitment, marketing, publications, website and communications tasks. The role encompasses creating, updating and operationalizing content and design of OISE’s digital and print recruitment publications; creating and operationalizing recruitment drip campaigns through Slate CRM; planning and executing in-house and digital recruitment events and webinars; and updating recruitment websites. The incumbent will thrive if they are a strong communicator with experience in post-secondary recruitment campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on communication strategies to support goals and priorities
- Conceptualizing, organizing and executing event activities
- Planning and implementing a content editing approach for digital and print publications
- Fostering and maintaining networks to build capacity and collaboration
- Creating and coordinating production and distribution of communication materials
- Planning and implementing events and recruitment communications projects using Slate platform
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications or equivalent experience
- Minimum four years of relevant experience in digital and print communications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with CRM databases
- Experience with social media technologies and content management platforms
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay Scale Group & Hiring Zone: USW Pay Band 11 -- $75,223 to $96,196.
