Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products
- Develop and implement dispatch/logistics strategies to improve efficiency
- Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to optimize delivery routes
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities
- Manage and train logistics staff to ensure compliance with company policies
- Analyze logistical problems and devise plans to resolve them
- Monitor and report on key logistics performance indicators
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dispatch/Logistics Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and dispatch processes
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with logistics software and systems
