Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong experience and knowledge of Operations within the Transport/Logistics Industry
• Tertiary qualification would be an advantage
• Computer literacy essential
• Experience in transport environment
Key responsibilities:
• Planning, monitoring, communicating, and reporting
• Taking full ownership and accountability of all operational requirements
• Maintain a high standard of quality and safety in the operational areas
• Ensuring adherence to present processes (manual & system related)
• Effective communication written & verbal
• Maximum utilization of capacity
• Drafting of reports
• Updating systems
