Unifi is seeking a dedicated professional to play a key role in expanding our customer base by reaching out to both new and existing clients to promote Unifi loan products. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to a targeted list, which includes:
- Pre-approved clients for credit limit increases: Clearly communicate the benefits and guide them through the process of accepting the offer.
- Clients who have successfully paid off loans: Engage in courteous outreach to understand their experiences and explore opportunities to welcome them back for future financial needs.
- Effectively articulate product features and benefits, customizing your approach to meet individual client needs.
- Build rapport with clients and identify opportunities to better serve them by understanding their unique financial situations.
- Address concerns and objections with clear explanations and viable solutions.
- Seek opportunities to re-engage satisfied loan customers.
- Accurately document call details and maintain comprehensive customer records in our CRM system, highlighting key insights from outreach to loan-payoff clients.
- Stay informed about Unifi's loan offerings and marketing campaigns to ensure the highest level of service.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proactively gather feedback to enhance Unifi's services and commitment to responsible lending.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 with at least one year of call centre experience.
- Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products (preferred).
- Confident and professional salesperson with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Team player with a positive and energetic attitude.
